Financial Analyst

I fell in love with yoga after years of struggling with rheumatoid arthritis. The practice brought profound improvements, and since then I ́m on the path towards healing.
In 2011, I met Teresa Caldas, whose passion for yoga inspired me to pursue an 800-hour teacher training in Vijnana Yoga— a style that combines powerful postures with inner stillness.

I traveled to India several times to deepen my knowledge of yoga. During these trips, I completed additional certifications, including 200 hours of Hatha Yoga in 2016 and 250 hours of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in 2018. In 2020, I further expanded my expertise by completing a 300-hour teacher training with Aligned Yoga.

I’ve taught yoga in various studios in Munich, worked with corporate clients, offered private lessons, and led workshops and events. Since moving to the Algarve, I now offer retreats, online courses, and on-demand classes.

As a mother of two children, I know how vital it is to find balance and connection through yoga. My practice is grounded in the belief that yoga can empower both body and mind, helping us reconnect with ourselves.
